Vicki’s resume also includes research positions with Thrivent Financial and the State of Wisconsin. She has a BA in sociology and a MA in policy analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

She has created and trained programs in leadership, coaching sales and service, has developed custom workshops on a wide variety of business topics, and has worked extensively with leaders at all levels of organizations seeking to maximize talent and improve performance. A former executive at an international financial services organization, Cyndi received her Education degree from UW-Madison and her MBA from Edgewood College.
