Cyndi has over 20 years of experience in training and sales development
and 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her expertise
spans the entire spectrum of training and development including: program
design and development, delivery, assessment and measurement, training
and facilitation skills development, alignment of learning with HR systems,
use and impact of on-line and blended learning solutions, and implementation
of a learning management system
Since the establishment of her company two and a half years ago, she
has provided sales, service and leadership training solutions to over
600 managers & front line staff across the country consistently
achieving outstanding evaluations. Cyndi has a proven ability to work
with credit unions with asset sizes ranging from 50 million to 1.2 billion
and has delivered targeted training solutions to group sizes from 4
– 100 participants. A former executive at an international financial
services organization, Cyndi received her Education degree from UW-Madison
and her MBA from Edgewood College.
